european economics is pleased to invite you to its conference dedicated to Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI), taking place in Paris on 29 September 2026. This is the third and final edition of the year.

Against a backdrop marked by the structuring of a new wave of IPCEI programmes in Europe, this session aims to provide a concrete, structured and practical understanding of the IPCEI framework, set within the wider landscape of European public funding.

The conference will offer:

  • a clear presentation of the European IPCEI framework and of public funding opportunities in Europe in the new geopolitical context,
  • an analysis of the national dynamics and processes currently under way,
  • an assessment of the expected direction for the forthcoming programmes,
  • a case study from an applicant company’s perspective.

The contribution of Hanane EL HAMRAOUI, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of HDF Energy, will illustrate in very practical terms the steps, the key considerations particular attention and the key success factors for a technology SME seeking new public funding. HDF Energy, a manufacturer of high-power fuel cells, benefits from French State support approved by the European Commission under the IPCEI Hy2Move.

This conference is intended for industrial stakeholders wishing to anticipate forthcoming developments, gain a better understanding of the orientations of the next programmes and position themselves early.
